 Our Melting shop is equipped with Induction Furnaces for casting of Metal Rolls. Static and Centrifugal casting are used to produce Metal Rolls of highest quality. Trikuta Alloy Rolls can produce Metal Rolls weighing up to 6 metric tonnes with diameters ranging from 150 mm to 600 mm. 

 Multiple Stage Heat Treatment is carried out to achieve optimum Physical Properties for various applications. Latest technology, such as Fully Automatic PLC Controlled Cycles, Multi-Point Temperature Control, Full Control Over each individual Zone, Data Logger and Thermal Mapping, is used to ensure effectiveness. The automation ensures that quality is maintained and achieved consistently across all HT Furnaces and in every different batch. 

The Machine Shop is fully equipped with a broad range of Latest Machines and Tools necessary to provide the highest standards of dimensional precision and surface finish critical for Modern Mill Rolls and Engineering Castings.
